hi i won football ticket s and followed the ticket confirmation links but have not had any other emails. it states on the winning email just validate and collect tuicket just before the match , but i have not had anyother email confirming validation.... is this correct?

Hi just wondering if you git sorted with your tickets as going through the aame kind of problem?
