trying to use sky sports app - but get the 'get sky sports to watch this live' message as opposed to login section , how to i get round this ...

Have deleted app etc but this doesn't solve the problem

@spireites see the image below use the sign in with option at the bottom

As shown in the image in the post by @SKY1992bf you need to select the sign in as a Virgin customer option.
