sky apps

i have iphone14 pro max and i am unable to sign in on any sky app i.e ff,bet and vegas actually any sky app keep getting error.  it's not you it's us  i can sign in on iphone 13 or galaxy   is there a fix for this ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

hi when i try to sign in on any sky app on new iphone 14 pro max. i keep getting an error message saying. it's not you it's us  and i can't sign in i have tried removing the apps and adding but still the same i am allowing location settings on the apps to. any idea how to resolve this

You need to respond to the chat invite via the bubble you should see at the bottom of the page as per my post from yesterday.
