Retuning customer, I had an email saying my sim contract was up so I tried to log in to see my options and it keeps saying not authorised

If you are a Sky mobile customer (as opposed to someone who left Sky a while ago) then see if it lets you link your mobile account as per this:

There is maintenance going on with the sky app so hopefully it will be complete soon

I cannot access the my sky app, I have also reinstalled the app and re booted my iPad but still will not open.

any further ideas would be welcome

Are you using a VPN on your iPad if so try disabling it. The same applies to the private relay function.

Cant use MySKy app today (using Mobile data) , when trying to redeem the rewards at Sainsburys. Saying not authorised. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Same issue. Login allowed and then says lets set you up. Thats when the doors slam ! Struggling since morning. Cant speak to a human after dialling 150.

 

ANyone got ideas please? I dont use VPN or relay (android user)

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Gosh still issues for folk with that glitch mines been fine now for ages
