Your account department does not recognise my email address

E mail address not recognised by your accounts. Now tv. Wish to continue with my sports app

Seeing how this is a community of Sky customers no one here is going to be able to help. 

For NOW TV ( which is separate to Sky TV) you will need to use the contact information on that website https://www.nowtv.com/gb/help/article/contact-now

  • Trying to continue with now tv sports. I canceled  just under 1 month ago. Like to reinstate.
