Thanks for the standard non answer but this has been going on for a while my guess is this isn't top of the list of fixes which is extremely disappointing for customers who pay for a service they can't fully receive

same issue for me on my Surface Laptop 3 and SkyGO App also installs but then doesnt work. I have tried all the suggestions like uninstalling, deleting files from reculce bin and reinstalling and turning off Firewalls but it just doesnt work so i phoned in and the nice gent was also unable to help so just referred it to the tech team promising a call after 3 days..., Pretty average i had no issues watching Virgin on all my devices but we switched to SKY which is now looking like a silly decision. This stuff should be basic and easy to use on all devices and is advertised as such!

This has been going on a while, so saying it's being "investigated" seems to be a bit mute something like this should have been sorted a while back the question is are sky really looking into this ?

I imagine like all other development work in large companies, scheduling depends on where it sits in the priority list. Only Sky are privy to that.

Oh I know about this and it seems to be on a very very low prioty i have a feeling i know what this issue is the likely hood is that the website is having an issue reading the database at the backend could be a coding issue

I came across this problem last night. Didn't have access to my tv but noticed that other EFL matches other than Norwich v Leicester could be accessed via the Red Button. This is not available on Sky GO App but it can be achieved through the Sky Sports App I was told. So I download that to my phone. However, even though it accepts my login it tells me I need to upgrade to add Sky Sports even though I have it. Same on the Sky Sports Web Page on my PC.
This was first reported 4 months ago and nothing has happened. Seems pretty hopeless that such a basic thing can't be fixed.

I found a fix on this forum - you need to uninstall Citrix workspace - that worked and sky go now works on my surface laptop
