You Need a Sky Sports Subscription on skysports.com via Sky Stream

I have a sky sports subscription via Sky Stream but the skysports.com website always tells me I dont. My subscription works on the Sky Go app, the Stream boxes just not on skyspors.com when logging in. 

Is this just that the website cant understand Sky Stream subscriptions?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I can see the bubble @caesarome  but nothing has come up just a empty chat

It isn't a live chat so have you reponded to the question asked as there is a small box to type into it under what has been asked.

Hadnt been asked anything was my main point but ill send a message in there - thought they were ment to be readch out to me not me to them

I'mnot sure how the contact works but if you send a message there then they should respond to it in time.

To clarify: you have Sky Stream where Sky Sports works, and it works on Sky Go, but not via skysports.com?

Yes, that is correct. 

When I go on the Sky Sports website and login with the same account in the 'Channels' area, under any live steam it says 'You need to be a Sky Sports or Sky HD subscriber to view this content'.

Ok, it's something that will need to be reported to Sky, to be fixed. If you wish, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can do that.

@Laurenskyf1 it looks like a fault that's affecting a number of customers at the moment, so it may be something they're aware of but I'll flag your post to Sky anyway. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page later today. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.

When will this be fixed i have been having this issue for months its been reported directly to sky support via telephone but no body seems to know how to fix this not great when you want access all the servcies as i watch F1
