When trying to enter a ballot on Sky VIP it keeps saying my email adress is already registered and n

When trying to enter a ballot on Sky VIP it keeps saying my email adress is already registered and not allowing me to enter the ballot. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and I still have the same issue.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi there @Kirstb1 you did respond saying you had done it 10 times already when we asked if you were able to go through the identification process with our team. 

We then explained that this was the first time you were engaging with us on a chat and asked if you wished to continue with the chat to look into the issue but at that point there was no further response. 

 

If you would like to go ahead with a chat and are willing to go through the identification process, the please let us know and the Superusers/Oracles will escalate your post to us.
