When i log into my SKY APP it says I don’t have authorisation to use the account

When I log into my SKY app it has suddenly started to say I don't have authorisation to use the account but I've been using it since 2010.  Why had it suddenly stopped me using the app? Does not matter about password or user ID.  It lets me in, welcomes me and then when I go to click on my sky vip awards, it states I don't have authorisation. I've deleted and re downloaded app, I've changed the password, etc. I can log in and see what Sky packages I have but as soon as I try to get my vip awards, etc it states the above. HELP!!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
