When I try to upgrade on my sky app message oops there’s a problem over and over again

When I try to upgrade on My sky app I get a message OOPS somethings gone wrong please try again over and over on checking my Wi-Fi it says all is ok ?????

To upgrade I would give Sky a call as they can process this for you.
