@Gem333ma @I have noticed it's easier to get the nero voucher as the week  goes  on - virtually impossible on a monday .

I was same, usualy i could grab a nero on the saturday but during weekdays had no chance.

It was one of the reasons i recently switched away from Octopus, as one of the benefits was these weekly rewards but over the past few months they got increasingly harder to got hold of so i didn't see the slightly more expensive Octopus tariffs as actually being worth it anymore as i couldn't guarantee I'd benefit from the free items.

• Ive never left it to a Saturday tbh, Friday is latest but I might try, do they always release codes right up to Saturdays then? Guessing they are all gone by 7am though, crazy isn't it

@Gem333ma  I am slightly lucky that most monday mornings my wife starts work at 07:00 am so I am up to catch the early morning release -- but on the mondays I  miss it  ( fall back asleep :-)) I have managed to get a nero voucher on another day later in the morning .

What's going on with the Weekly Treats for the last 3 weeks ? 
For months I've been getting the free treat every Wednesday morning when I go to Sainsburys and do my weekly shop.

However 3 weeks ago something changed.  The vouchers are never available now on Wednesday morning,  either on their way or not available yet . Or sold out ??? . 
Not been able to get anything.

 It's not convenient saying try later ? I'm at Sainsburys doing my shop on Wednesday morning and I'm working the rest of the week.

It looks like the coupons are on their way but they're not ready yet check back later.That's what i get every wednesday .Will  wait till Monday now as i have  last 6 weeks or so.Used to get them every Wednesday before.

I've been on the app pretty much constantly all day, this new way of doing things the last couple of weeks is awful!

@KP93 @fully agree how being expected to monitor the phone all day is better than a set time is beyond me . I suspect one or two people complained , so as per usual  nowadays the majority of us have  to suffer from a knee jerk reaction . .Sky claiming it's fairer  -to whom ?? . Shame they can not be so proactive with the issues they are facing with sky stream ... 

 I just happened to refresh the app at the right time .
