Vue cinema vouchers were on my sky app but now I can't find them. They have vanished from the VIP section & the confirmation email sky sent doesn't contain the voucher codes?! Where are they?

Yes but I have no idea where the voucher codes are? Not been emailed, not on the my sky app & customer service are uncontactable.

The terms and conditions say that after you generate the codes required they should be stored within the MySky app so as you can't see them then I would send an email to the ticketing team via this email address to ask them - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)
