Vue cinema tickets dont show in sky VIP

I have recently had Sky Cinema added to my package however there is no Vue cinema tab in my Sky VIP on the My Sky app. How do I get this rectified so that I can access them? Thanks

It might be that they will take a while to appear so how recently did you subscribe to the movies package ?
