VIP VUE TICKETS

Had VIP Vue tickets no problem on few occassions. Went into my app yesterday 1st June to claim my 2 tickets to visit this weekend. VIP rewards there but no VUE tickets. Searched how to fix, re installed app and have restarted phone, been back in app today and still the same. What is going on with this. Have Sky stopped doing these and before anyone says, yes I have sky cinema so am eligible for them.

you go into the VIP section in the app and go down to Broadband offers you can scroll left to find the Vue tickets option. It's just not obvious that you can swipe left and right on that option.

2 free ticket tile completely buried now.  Its like you don't want them to be found & used.......Like others I uninstalled the app, re-installed & restarted.  The location is not obvious or intuative.

We usually get free cinema tickets on 1st of the month in Sky VIP but they are not here yet. Any ideas? Has the promotion stopped?

Yes, same. Vue voucher codes not showing anywhere on my app. Had no problem at all for the past year until now, 2nd June. Checked the T+Cs and the voucher code scheme should continue until end of Dec 2025. I have no idea where the codes are - they are just missing at the moment.

The promotion is still runnimng but they have moved.

Go to the VIP section then scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left until you see them.

On that first tile (Broadband offer) place your finger and scroll left. Your Vue tickets are there. I picked mine up from there yesterday.

They are buried in sky glass 2 scroll left and right they should be there.

Can someone advise how to get my free Vue tickets for June from MySky? Never had a problem before 😞

@kc60 Go to the Sky VIP section in the My Sky app. Scroll down to this section:

Put your finger on the first tile (Broadband offer) and scroll left until you see your Vue tickets.
