Vue Cinema tickets Sky VIP

The option to get Vue Cinema tickets doesn't appear on MySky on my account.

Please can you say where you selected update when you went to the App store. I have tried deleting & reloading the App, but still can't see Vue tickets in my VIP section. I have VIP Diamond

I opened the App Store  clicked on my profile pic top right corner. Scrolled down to available updates, found MySky and clicked update.  Next time I opened the MySky app and clicked on the VIP tile (bottom right) the Vue tickets were back as an option to choose.

But that was yesterday- they are not showing today, but that may be because there are no more days left in May where they are useable.  I will try again on 1st June

I checked with Skyhelp, if you go into the VIP section in the app and go down to Broadband offers you can scroll left to find the Vue tickets option. It's just not obvious that you can swipe left and right on that option.

Add me to the list. Went on yesterday and not there. Been on the phone to sky for 2.5hrs and I've lost the will to live as they have absolutely no idea either

They are there so in VIP under "rewards for you" scroll the tiles to the left then you should see the VIP tickets as they are about the 4th one along.

Hi, 

I haven't had the option for a couple of months, my sky vip hasn't been working.

I emailed Sky and asked for the ticket

codes, so far they have given me April and May tickets. 
it's doing my head in. Is though. 😡

I've just went on, on the off chance and mine is back to normal. Sky vip is working! 👏 

I didn't do anything, it's just all back to normal. Prizes, competitions and Vue tickets! 
it's been a long 61 days! 😰

Yes it appears they have just moved it within the app. 
find it very odd that barely any sky members are aware of the move either as obviously it was going to create a lot of calls. 
even the staff were looking on this forum to get the answer during my call!!
