Vue Cinema Tickets not showing

As they are appearing for me then I would suggest calling Sky as they fixed it first someone else the other day by resetting their ID.

I mean I can no longer see them as an option to select under my Sky VIP rewards.  I dont know if this is an issue or whether Sky have removed it. There is nothing about it on Google search. I will keep trying. You'd think someone from Sky would respond to this forum though 😡

I've given up trying to get Sky to resolve anything. The VIP section of the app hasn't worked for months and they don't seem helpful to fix it. I've just had 2 weeks with broadband running between 7-25 rather than 65mb and that's been a constant headache getting that resolved. The customer service is appalling and I definitely won't be renewing when my contract expires this time.

Thanks for the info, good to know that it's a bug and not that the reward has been discontinued! I will contact Sky and see what can be done

Hi Roxanne. My Sky app is updated & everything else seems ok  but cannot get into my Sky VIP. I am a platinum member who's always had sky cinema and this has been going on for a few months. I did contact Sky via Chat & phone but it has not been sorted. No idea what to do next- i have tried everything 😒 xx

I have just updated the MySky app by going to the App Store and clicking update, and now the VUE tickets are showing again. They are only available if you have Sky Cinema in your subscription.  Hope this helps others

I was so hopeful then. It still won't let me on to the VIP section (despite being platinum) just stuck in the find out more loop

Updated the app tried both  accounts and no joy

The vue cinema tile is missing from my vip page. I have sky cinema so there should not be a problem. I used to access it but it has disappeared

Hi all, can someone help please. I have uninstalled the sky app, updated and restarted it but the Vue tile is missing from sky vip section. I've had sky cinema for months and not once had the option of the free tickets and seems a unfair. Can someone please help me resolve this issue please.

This exact thing is happening to me too. I have fully deleted the app and redownloaded, still the vue tickets are not showing up anywhere
