Vue Cinema Tickets

Hi, I'm also trying to find May's Vue cinema tickets in the app? Should they be there?

They are there for me under VIP and almost at the bottom on the next screen.

Hi, I'm having this issue myself. I can't see any option for the 2 Vue tickets. Can you help?

I can see the Cinema event tickets but not the option to get codes for something I want to watch?

Can't find my 2 free vue cinema tickets anymore, have they stopped doing them cause I still have the sky cinema add on.

Hi I am also still unable to see the Vue cinema tickets Tile in MySky. Was the issue fixed? I have tried resetting my device and uninstall unfortunately then reinstalling MySky but no joy. Thanks.

I'm the same! I am a sky cinema customer, a platinum tier vip member and the sky Vue cinema tickets has disappeared from the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it made no difference  
I've tried messaging on social media but no response

I'm a VIP Platinum member and still don't have my May codes for Vue in the app. Have cleared data and also tried installing the app on another phone - no luck.

I'd like to go to the cinema this afternoon - where are the codes?

I too am having the same problem, I can access My Sky app ok and the VIP section but the VUE tickets are no longer available

TS054, what do you mean the Vue tickets are no longer available? Is this because of your issue or have Sky removed that feature permanently? 

my Sky app hasn't worked since the 1st April 😡
