Missing May 25 Vue Cinema codes on Sky VIP App

I am a long term Sky Cinema customer but when I went onto Sky VIP Offers this morning there are no Vue Cinema tickets offered. Is this an error?

Hi, The Vue cinema tickets are missing from where I usually find them in my Sky app for May 2025. Has anyone else lost them?

Am I the only one that can't see this May's Vue tickets on the SKY VIP app?  I always download them but today they aren't there.

Yes, they're not listed for me either this month and when I look online, I'm being given an option to upgrade even though I already have the Cinema package. Fingers crossed they fix it soon.

Trying to get the 2 free tickets you get per month to watch a movie today but they're not showing up. Was wondering if there's a set time they get issued/reset each month I.e the 1st but at 12pm etc.

Hi, new month, new vue cinema tickets..... but the option for cinema tickets on VIP is not there for me to get codes. 
chat bot doesn't help, it's not an issue with broadband, tv or phone .... I don't know who to reach out to, to get a resolution and the codes! 
I have already deleted the app and reinstalled it and that didn't work.
any ideas?

I been wondering the same thing as I notied no new tickets for May yet.

Will keep an eye out for this to be fixed.

May's tickets are now showing for me but might take a little while to appear for everyone.

I still haven't got sky cinema vue tickets for May. Tried to chat to an agent on the live chat about 6.30 pm but never got through to anyone. Can someone from sky please rectify this issue so customers can access their tickets. Thank you
