Vue Cinema Tickets not showing

Hang in there, I said the same, spent nearly an hr on the phone to sky...

Found them eventually playing around in the sky app, swiping was my problem initially

So the app has recently been updated so click on the V.I.P. tab. You need to scroll 🔽 to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the ◀️ and they are along there.

I still cant find them. What do you mean by rewards for you? I'm in the app. I'm looking at rewards. They're not there.

@DonnaD525 Follow my instructions. Make sure that the app is up to date (uninstall and reinstall if necessary).

You have to make sure you are in the VIP section - you press the tab in the bottom right. The star icon will turn into a solid blue colour.

From there you scroll down to the Rewards For You section - see screenshot so you know what it looks like.

Then on the first tile (it might be a Broadband offer) press and hold with a finger and scroll left. The Vue tickets are the fourth or fifth tile along.

Thete was an update to the app and after  that they have been moved to where they are now.
