Vue Cinema Tickets not showing

There have been may such posts because they were moved after an update and people couldn't find them. Your issue appears to be something different and not connected to this.

I've also seen these people then say they've found the tickets after following the help given. 

It appears that Sky staff have been left as clueless about the change in the app as customers have. In your case the situation is different because as you say your email is not linked to the app, so that's why you're not seeing the tickets. For most posting here it appears the help has helped.

Also I have seen a feew people saying " swipe" to left/ right

I can not swipe either way, literally nothing happens

Makes we wonder after nearly an hour on the phone to sky why 5 individuals couldnt see them in my sky app

@Chrissy3 I think staff at Sky have been left in the dark about the change as much as customers have. Sky could certainly have done more to make it more obvious where the tickets were by simply adding direction arrows to the row of tiles you swipe. People would have seen they could swipe just by seeing them. 

Sadly with Sky user friendliness seems to be a low priority. You only have to look at Glass for example where the Settings and Search options are located well down the home screen instead of being at the top. Same with Sky Store on Glass when a new front screen was added and again you have to scroll for ages down the screen to find Search and Your Purchases options. Not everyone likes voice control.

Yes they have @nimrod007 so now you need to go to Sky VIP > Rewards for you then scroll left/right until you see the tile.
