Vue Cinema Tickets not showing

Incorrect , the two free cinema tickets are now missing, you are now directed to specific films and locations.  I will no longer renew the Sky cinema package when my contract has to be renewed

@MrK1 Try this:

1. Ensure the My Sky app is up to date. Uninstall and reinstall it if unsure.

2. Open the My Sky app and click on the VIP tab. The star icon will turn solid blue.

3. Scroll down to the Rewards For You section.

4. On the first tile press and and hold with your finger and scroll left. The Vue tickets will be the fourth or fifth tile along.

Seems a bit over dramatic seeing as you haven't been reading the answers or looking at the images here that have shown where to now find the tickets but you know best.

I have read all the stuff regarding this Vue codes situation I have followed the advice i.e reloaded the app and still no vip codes. this is getting very frustrating . I have spent over an hour on this was given a telephone number in the hope i was going to speak to a human......I didnt!! just told aload of  information not appicable to the problem. Sky I have been with you over 13 years I excpect a better service than this. 

I had no problems retiving the MAy  codes but NOT JUNE 

help now

@Kat64 If you follow this exactly you will find them, everyone else has:

1. Open the My Sky app and click on the VIP tab in the bottom right. The star icon will turn solid blue.

2. Scroll down to the Rewards For You section.

the free tickets for June, Will keep cinema package as long as the tickets are available

The VUE Cinema codes are not showing on the SKY VIP APP for June - I have tried removing the app and reloading it but still nothing there - does anyone know if they have stopped issuing them or is it just me that is having this problem - they were available for May - thanks

No it isn't just you as many people have come on here to say the same as Sky have moved them but they are still there so in the VIP section go down to "Rewards for you" and scroll the tiles to the left then you should see the tile you want.

There is not option for me to obtain my vue cinema tickets is there a problem?

I have been trying to get my x2 vue tickets for June since 1st June.  I cannot see the icon to download my tickets for June, having been able to in previous months.  Help!

Hi have tried this but the vue tickets are not there . Very frustrating 😕
