Uploading photo to my sky app

hello, can anyone help please? I've been asked by the call centre to send over a photo and upload via my sky app. I have no idea where I need add it. I did ask but can't see myself. Thanks

Unless it has changed recently I believe there is a web address that you can use to upload the photo, so I take it they haven't sent you the web address to do this ?

Thanks for the reply. I did ask for an email address but was told it wasn't available. I've been all over the app and can't see anywhere for it to be uploaded. I'll contact them tomorrow.

@MedieSamba  Your images have been rejected as they clearly show your bank account details, you shoukd never post any kind of poersonal info like this.

 

Also without any context on their own the images mean nothing to the communuity, did you have a specific question?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
