I need to unlink Netflix from my sky account, it's my stepdaughter's account and she doesn't live here, we've tried contacting Netflix, with no joy, I have Netflix through my account with you but can't finish logging in as it says using someone else account, so could you please unbind from my account thank you

@Hobbo This is an issue that only Netflix can resolve ( ignore any claims to the contrary ) as it's your stepdaughters account she may have to speak to them to get it unlinked
