Unauthorised access to MySky app

When I try to login to the MySky app on my phone it just tells me I'm not authorised to access the app, I have uninstalled it and installed it again I have logged out and back in I have reset my phone but it's still an issue, I also don't use a vpn, I have just got a MacBook on the sky mobile account but I won't be able to see the payments or the bills going forward without access to the app. Any help will be appreciated thanks

My account is linked up it lets me login on the website and see my plan I have for my phone but I can't press on the bills and payments it says I don't have access to this page, and the MySky app dosnt let me use it at all it's completely blocked me when I login

Those issues you are having is why I asked you about your account being linked so what happens when you try to do this ?

When I try to login to the MySky phone app i type my email and password in and it just puts me on a white screen saying "your account is not authorised to access the MySky app" 

The sky ID is linked to the app as it was working a month or so ago but now it's stopped working and not sure how to fix it

In that case you will have to contact Sky about this as they will need to look into this for you. 150 is the free number to use or Sky are active n social media sites like those at the bottom of this page.
