Unable to watch Sky Sports on PC via browser/desktop app

I'm trying to watch Sky Sport on my pc.i've a subscription but get a join skysport message..have used the same log in service for years? can view all on sky go?has the skysport log on app changed?

I was able to get help via Facebook after wrestling the useless AI bot into submission. I cleared all the browser cookies and that worked last night. This afternoon, same problem again, website doesn't think I have a subscription. I'll post here if I get a definitive resolution.

Same here, Go to  https://www.skysports.com/watch and get the message Subscribe to Sky Sports to watch live , or stream on NOW.  When I already have a SkySports subscription.

i have full sports package but when i try & watch on laptop says need to upgrade to sports package. have installed video player but still no joy system does not seem to recognise my subscription . help needed as 93 yrs old & use laptop now to watch tv

There appears to be an issue with the sky Sports app but you might find that installing Sky Go here works for you:

I've had an acknowledgement that there is a wider issue with the Sky Sports Desktop app and it is being looked at.

Im fully paid up for Sky Sports and up until today I could view Skysport both on TV also computer, but today when I sign into my SkySport on computer its asking for me to up grade my account, this is wrong as I'm already fully paid up for Skysport.

Skysports is one of y products however is I try to watch online on skysports.com it suggest me that I have to upgrade to SkySports which it does not make sense to me. Why cannot I watch online on skysport.com?

Hi I'm trying to watch sky sports on my computer which I was watching yesterday and now it keeps asking me to get sky sports I can't sign into it but I can on my tv

When I try to watch anything on sky sports, it doesnt let me instead showing a button saying "Get Sky Sports" which shouldn't happen as I have a contract until April 2027.
