Unable to watch Sky Darts online

Hi there. I'm a virgin media customer, whose kids use their laptops in their rooms to watch Sky sports football. 

Don't have any issues logging onto Sky using virgin media log in section. And all other channels appear to work find on the laptop (Watched the manchester derby last night). However, the kids went to start watching the darts channel last night via their laptops and this is the message they get after putting in log in details etc.

"Subscribe to Sky Sports to watch live, or stream on NOW. You'll need a subscription that includes Sky Sports Darts.

Get Sky Sports

Stream with a Sports Membership on Now TV"

As I said, all the other channels work fine and even the fact that it was the F1 channel isn't an issue as one of the kids is F1 mad, and had no issues with it previously.  He was OK watching the darts on the main even channel last night via his laptop.. However tonight Monday night football is being shown on main event.

Also he could access it via the app on his smart phone, that also worked without issue. Just for some reason appears to be on the deskyop it's not working. 

Windows 11 laptop. Chrome & Edge browsers attempted. Cache, Cookies etc deleted. Still no joy. 

Any help please?

As you are a Virgin Media customer you would need to speak to them about this as we are Sky customers here so can't help.

But it's a problem with the sky website though. As mentioned all other channels work fine on the website. Just the darts one (which has recently changed from F1) has the issue. Have seen a couple of people on twitter mention similar too.

It might be an issue on the Sky website but it needs reporting to Virgin as that is who your account is with,

It's been posted over on their community board as well. As I had a feeling it would be suggested the other companies issue.

Unsure how it would be virgin media though as mentioned. F1 channel had no issues, only when it was changed to Darts (by sky). And other sky sports channels work fine on website also.

Having the exact same issue, unable to watch darts tonight as like you say, football in on main event tonight.

Have you had any joy on how to resolve this?

Nothing from either Sky or Virgin yet, seen others on twitter and the virgin community chat with the same problem..

Im having this issue online but if you have the sky sports app on your phone it works
