Unable to use SkyApp as no smart phone - Rewards not accessible ?

e are getting emails regardign rewards, festive movies and free Vue tickets. To acces these, Sky point you to the SkyApp and cant find another option to access these. We do not have a smart phone so cannot download the App. How do we access our rewards? We are feeling left out in the cold.
