Unable to login to MySky as the Post Code entry not working

Like many other posts I have managed to find, I am unable to login to the MySky app because after entering my Username and Password of my account, I am then prompted to enter a Post Code to "find my account". 

After entering my Post Code (with and without a space)  and selecting Continue, nothing happens and I cannot proceed.

 

A similar issue happens when logging into the website, I am prompted for the Post Code which is not processed.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
