@purva+bathia As this is related to Netflix I'd suggest asking their customer services if you are having an issue logging in to it.

Hi mark I already tried speaking with Netflix customer care who said since this is included in my sky TV package I should speak with sky TV and he was unable to change anything there

Unfortunately I think they have misled you. All that happens is Sky takes over the billing on the Netflix account so that you aren't billed by Netflix. Sky have no access or control over your actual Netflix account.

Could this be the problem, as you are outside of the UK are you still able to access Netflix by using your Sky account ?
