Unable to claim vip prize

Hello, I've won tickets on sky vip but the Ticketmaster website keeps asking me to pay for them so I'm unable to claim prize. Any idea how to claim ???

I would have thought there would be something within Sky VIp itself regarding these tickets, so have you gone back to the section where you entered the ballot as I believe there should be something there regarding your winning tickets.

Yes I've gone back and forward loads of times. I have the prize number and reference number but every time I get to end it asks for cards details
