Hi, I have been unable to access my VIP Rewards on the sky app. It just keeps going round from "view my rewards" and "find out more" I am a platinum member and have used the VIP rewards weekly. Very frustrating.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Yes have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Its been like this for about 2 weeks. My phone and Mysky are both updated to newest updates. Has there been a recent update to the sky app on Android?

Thanks. I just tried that and still the same. I've just tried installing the mysky app on a different device and it'd exactly the same problem om that too!

It seems to be asking to "Join Sky VIP" even though I am logged in and been a member for years!

They will reach out via a colourful chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. You may need to refresh the page when they reach out to see the chat bubble.

If you don't respond to their messages within 48 hours the chat will automatically close, it's not a live chat so don't be surprised if you don't get immediate responses from them.

I notice a few people are having my same issue, but I cannot find an answer - is there anyone that can help me out there please.....?
When I log into the MySky app and try and obtain rewards on the VIP section, I get the message that 'you can't join Sky VIP right now...'
I have Sky TV, Broadband, Mobile and have had Sky for years. Why can't I get any rewards?😪

I can't remember what that message says but I take it none of the reasons listed apply to you ?

Ive been 1.5 hrs trying to simply fain access. Even speaking to 2 people at customer services who did not get me any answers. I cant e plain how frustating it is.
All i wanted was to simply access rewards on the MySky app, which i am entitled to!
