Hi all, has anyone else had problems trying to sign in to their account on Sky website? I've cleared cache and saved logins etc etc but each time I try and enter my login details, which are all correct a message pops up to tell me "unknown error" try again or press help, which I have done numerous times with no luck. Customer Service agent was stumped as well due to the fact he sent a link to my phone and it allowed me to sign in using the exact same login details, I also copied the link to my laptop and it worked as well. But each time I try logging in through my browser (Firefox), or Google, with my details I get the same unknown error message. Any ideas good people?

Try running your browser with all Add-ons/extensions disabled and see if that helps

Solved It !
1 Go to Google Password Manager
2 In Search Box, enter SKY
3 Delete ALL saved passwords shown
4 Got to Sky.com/My Account
5 Sign in with email/password of your choice
6 Enjoy

Turning off my VPN fixed it for me.
