Trying to install app but it won’t accept my post cod

Trying to open my account on sky app but it won't accept my postcode! Saying using special letters

Have you tried using both upper and lower case lettering and made sure that you are not entering the details in something like italics ?

Post codes are upper case! My phone changes the letters to upper automatically! Therefore I can't complete opening the app! It accepts my email and password but then not postcode!! Maggie Davies
