Trying to book a SkyQ upgrade online keeps saying technical issue with Sky. 2 days no appointment

I have a Sky+ box that Sky say needs an upgrade to SkyQ. I follow the link and get through to booking an appointment but the message says there is a technical issue with Sky. This has gone on for two days and still no appointment can be booked online

If your Sky+ box is working without any issues then you do not need to upgrade it if you don't want to but if you have decided to and it is not working online then give them a call.
