Hi
I recently activated a 6 month free AppleTV account through Sky. Now I have a problem signing in to the AppleTV app/account, it keeps signing me in on an old Apple fsmail account that I had years ago- even though I am using my Sky account login as instructed.
The fsmail account has NO subscription active, but because I can't access the account I registered with through Sky I am concerned that (aside from the frustration of not watching programs ) I will be billed when the trial comes to an end, but that's not until May.
Any advice would be welcome before I try navigating the Sky/ Apple maze of a help desk

This is the problem. I HAD an Apple account 7 years ago when I had an iPhone. I don't have one now. I haven't used that Apple account since and I didn't use it to activate the 6 month trial.
Somehow, my old inaccessible fsmail account has been linked to Sky/Apple app, although I never registered the fsmail with Sky!
In all honesty I don't have a clue why this has happened.
