Test for ROI

  • I am just testing the ROI customer indicator, what does it show?
  • I am not from the ROI.
  • ETA - nothing I am privileged to see?
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

@TechmanagerMal I put your forum name before my reply, and the same on another post reply, but when the posts appeared the names weren't there. Weird. I've rebooted my iPad and trying again. 

and still the same.

The ROI indicater is currently in test state it's not surpose to show up on posts currently

Why?  Only those testing it can use it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@TechmanagerMal I was having a few technical issues last night which I noticed within this (and then other) threads. It seems to have cleared itself now. When I answered a post and put in the name of the poster I was replying to, such as @TechmanagerMal once I had completed the post and looked at it again the @TechmanagerMal @name had disappeared. Very strange but hopefully it was a temporary blip.

@TechmanagerMal Getting to the topic of the thread - I agree with you 100%. I was in a post yesterday where the OP was asking for a number to contact Sky CS. Eventually they disclosed they were in the ROI. When I commented that info would have helped from the onset they claimed to have ticked the 'I am in the Republic of Ireland' box. It would have helped if we, as regular contributors to the forum, had known it was still being trialled and just importantly customers from the ROI posting on here expecting us to know where they were.
