Noticed since the weekend and this morning
If using MySky app on any device and using either home wifi or 4g/5g connection, Talk shield is failing to resolve the page.
Going into Product settings on the MySky app from the home page or via Broadband & Talk tab
Clicking on Talk Shield it just continually has a 'Please wait' animation' that never resolves.
Using MySky in a browser resolves the page correctly instantly.
This was working fine end of last week.
This is not the same as Talk Shield not working at all for some customers.
