Super 6 account suspended due to player protection

My super 6 account says account suspended due to player protection.  Anyone know why? Or how this can be resolved?

@RICHST74  You're posting in a community for Sky TV, Mobile & Broadband no one here can help.  You need to contact super6 on the contact us details on their website.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
