I have just downloaded the Sky Sports app and tried to log in, but it says "Sorry, we did not recognise your username or password."
I am a Sky Sports subscriber and have just used the same log-in details to log into the website on my desktop & Sky Go on my phone (& also this forum).

All sorted with some help from the Sky team. Required a password reset.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
