My sky free cinema tickets are not showing in the app for November. Are they no longer offered?

There was a fault last week with this but it was fixed fairly quickly so have you tried uninstalling then installing the app to see if they then appear again ?

Yes, we've had sky cinema for a couple of years now & used the vue tickets previously.
