Sky vip not working

I know this has been covered abit but my sky vip is not working. Never have since I joined sky about 6 months ago. I'm using a fold 4 phone and can never access the rewards. When I tap the offers nothing happens. Some might work but they are exclusively for sky products, like home insurance or TV and broadband deals. Everything else don't work. Tried all previous suggestions of deleting and redownloading app but to no avail. App is updated and running on latest version according to Play Store. Can someone help?
