Sky vip Thorpe park tickets

I have won 4 tickets to Thorpe park which I have booked. Turns out the day that I've booked is actually a Wednesday and Thorpe park is closed. I've emailed sky themselves who told me to email Thorpe park who then told me to speak to sky again. I've tried getting in contact but I'm just getting sent on a wild goose chase. I need to see whether I can change the date of the tickets as I honestly didn't realise that Thorpe park was closed on Wednesdays and I just selected the date that the people who are coming with me can do in August without checking (I know I'm an idiot). Can anyone help me out here? Thanks!

Yes it was that email address that I used, I have heard back from them and they have said the date can not be changed at all. They seem to think it's because I can't make it but it's not at all it's because the park is closed on Wednesdays. Thinking about it now I'm surprised that you can actually book the tickets for Wednesdays considering the park is closed on Wednesdays. Don't really know what to do now.
