Sky sports scores app fails to display any content

The sky sports scores app on android has stopped working. It can no longer display any content at all. I have removed and reinstalled the app and issue still persists. Looking at most recent comments and reviews on google play store it appears multiple other people are also having the same issue for several weeks.

Apologies for bumping but I'm also having this issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but on the front page it just says "Something went wrong".

Please can someone shed some light on the issue?

Just provding an update

Hi just providing an update on the chat with the sky employee. No resolution found, they just checked my version of android which was supported. I mentioned in the chat that I had also emailed their feedback email address, so the response was to let them deal with it.

I got the email from the help area in the app. They responded and said "If the problem continues after reinstalling, it may be related to a wider technical issue, especially as you’ve noticed similar reports from other users. We are aware of these reports and our technical team is currently investigating the situation."

So it seems they are aware of an issue, but no fix is imminent, especially as some of the reviews on Google play store mentioned this issue weeks ago.
