Hi Andrew no, SkyGo is fine but thanks for the suggestion.

I'm just very disappointed with Sky's response (or lack.of it). They tell you how wonderful we all are being VIP customers etc and then we get radio silence when there's a problem. They've obviously done some sort of upgrade over the winter & have forgotten about functionality for the standalone packages. Very poor, and at a time when their charges are going up which adds insult to injury

@JackieF1nut keep in mind this is a customer forum, and whilst there's a few staff members it's mostly other customers so it's not really the place to expect official responses. For that your best bet is to contact Sky directly or to raise a complaint.

Hi Andrew - yeah I did chat with them though, twice, and they kept saying it'd be fixed. I was just having a rant on here as I haven't got the energy to battle their useless bots again today

F1 driver tracker

I have skysports F1 and usually watch the driver tracker during the race on my phone but it kept saying i needed a subscription.... Which i have. I was very annoyed

  • How are you trying to access this service? Is it from your puck or on a mobile device?
