@Naseeruddin11  F1 tv has nothing to do with sky uk , you would need to contact f1 tv directly

SkySports app not showing onboatd

This is my 2nd request - I cannot see F1 onboard cameras from my SkySports app. I get a message saying 'subscription required'. I have a current Sky Sports F1 subscription (standalone package)

I am a diamond VIP member and am dissatisfied with the inability to get this resolved. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency

@JackieF1nut  please be advise the service is only available on live broadcasts only and not when watching replays or on demand

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Yes I realise that... this occurred while I was watching live qualifying and the live race. I've been using this service for some years...

Hi 

I had raised this issue last race weekend.  Just confirming on the forum that the issue persists. Seems like there wasn't a solution. Aa active subscribers we still have no access to the race control options.  Not great

Still no F1 onboards for some of us with active subscriptions. Can you give us some timescales for a fix please? Very disappointing service

Same here, f1 channel subscription for years and it's saying I can't access any live timings that I'm trying to access now during the sprint. I'm logged in and have a subscription so why can't I view it? On top of the fact the sky sport f1 channel is barely showing any timings this coverage is absolutely shocking. When will this be fixed?

This is my problem as well, just recently joined the sky f1 channel and thought I would give the sky sports app a go....

Using iPad or iPhone with sky sports app can only watch the main feed anything else below that timing,driver tracker says I need a subscription and I need to be a subscriber.

What am I doing wrong?

Yeah you're not doing anything wrong. I was told last week that the tech team 'had all the information they needed and it'll probably be fixed by a software patch'. It's very disappointing that it's not yet fixed
