Sky sports package

When I try and watch sky sports through my browser it says I need to add it to my package even though I am already subscribed. I've tried a few times now - I am definitely signed in. Any ideas please?

Hi,

 

This is what I am doing - I go onto my browser and navigate to sky.com. I login using the button on the top right of the page and then go to "watch"  in the tab along the top of the main page. I then scroll down to sky sports (premier league football) and when I click on it, the only button I can press is "upgrade now". If I click on it I get a summary of my content packs, which includes sky sports, and there is nothing else to click on.

And what happens if you use the Sky Go app instead, are you still asked to upgrade ?

Hi Cesarome,

 

The Sky Go app on my phone works just fine, I can watch sky sports with no problems. It appears to be just via my browser that I have a problem.
