I am account holder for Sky Q box which is at my mothers house. I have downloaded Sky Sports app on my iPad but it won't play sky sports + for the football as it is saying not linked .

Hi @Paul2412 Where are you seeing + on the Sky Sports App , or are you only referring to the + sports channel? In which case, can you see Sports+ channel on the Sky Q box?
I want to watch Sky Sports + on my ipad/mobile as my mother has the q box at her house and even though the engineers say that I should be able to view it on my ipad/mobile it will not allow me to do it as it says that my sky account is not linked BUT it is !!
lots of different messages from Sky , none of which have worked so far .
