Sky sports+ on iphone

Even though i have sky sports subscription I get a message saying i need a subscription when i try to watch a football match on sky sports + on iPhone. Works on tv and android tablet but not on iPhone.

@Revrand  are you using the specific sky sports app for mobile

@Revrand  Your post has been moved from the Sky+ board as that is not related to the Sky Sports+ app but the Sky+ TV box.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky sports+ access on iPhone 13.

I keep getting the message "Get Sky sports to watch this live" when I try to watch a match on iPhone. I have had a Sky sports subscription for years.
Works fine on tv red button and android tablet but not on iPhone.
I have this problem last season and I was told that the technical team were investigating, but still the same.

Have you tried the link account option link that you can see on your image ?.

 

Not sure why you started a second thread in the Sky+ box forum but like @GD1 I have moved it to the correct board and merged it with your earlier one.

I have already tried the link option but still getting same message (seems that already linked)?
