I have a HTC Desire 20 pro and the new app says my phone is not compatible even though it runs Android 10

Odd. You mobile isn't jailbroken or rooted is it?

It used to work before but when I recently tried watching football on it after about 15 seconds of playing would go off and say video unavailable. Deleted the app and when I tried to reinstall it showed the message saying phone not compatible with the app.

All you can do is to report this to the apps team via this email address - apps@sky.uk
