Sky sports app not working.

I'm trying to log into the sky sports app  and it just says it can't load at the moment. 
Tried it on iPhone and desktop computer. 
Anyone know if it's down?

Having same issue -

Logging in via Virgin SSO, trying to do it on desktop - there is no issue with Virgin Go.

Are you trying to download the Sky Sports app from the app store on both devices ?

Same issue here. Can't get Liverpool v United on when trying to login via Virgin. Seems to be a widespread issue.

@caesarome  I think there is a bigger issue at play here I've been logged out of the app on my iPhone and it won't let me log back in get the following error

I am with sky and can't login. Final straw for me . Phonecall tomorrow to cancel even though in contract.

I always get this error when trying to login to Sky Sports. 

"Sorry, there was an error processing your login request (err_unknown)."

This was no problem yesterday, I was also logged out on my phone and ipad and can't sign in there either for an unreferences error. 

When I want to look up the status of services, guess what, they are all green. For more information I was prompted to login. Guess what does not work? Exactly... 

Sky Chat Support is closed, despite claiming that it is open until 20.30 Monday to Sunday. It is now 17:33. 

The virtual assistant is factually useless and when connecting to a human, it ultimately presented me with 3 topics from Sky community. Neither of them of course of any help. 

So is there anyone from Sky who might be able to assist in any way, shape or form?
